500 gr. minced meat seasoned with a bit of ground paprika
100 gr. bread crumbs
1 clove garlic
1 handful parsley
100 gr. of bacon (optional)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
vegetable oil (or butter) for frying
Mix the ingredients in a larger bowl with your hands until the mixture is smooth and the ingredients are well combined, and shape the patties. Heat some vegetable oil (or butter) in a skillet and brown the patties on both sides over medium heat. Place the patties on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
