Here's what you'll need:
cooked chicken legs (or any other part, or a mixture of different parts depending on your preference)
1 cup rice
1 onion
1 carrot
a handful of parsley
3 cups water
olive oil
salt and pepper, or any combination of mixed herbs
Fry the onion in a pan with some olive oil. Add the carrot, finely chopped or grated.
After a couple of minutes add the rice and stir fry for about a minute or two.
Slowly pour 3 cups of water, add salt and pepper or your preferred seasoning and put the previously cooked meat in the pan.
Add a handful of chopped parsley.
Cook in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until there's no more liquid in the pan.
